More of a note to myself as it took me a while to fix things after a reinstall.
Use NVkushComplete and no other NVidia drivers and then install the Core Graphics framework from 10.5.5
There is a package floating around called 10.5.5.CoreGraphics.framework.pkg that does the job.
If after this you get graphical glitches where opengl surfaces aren’t textured properly and are black rects (including the Apple UI) delete all the NV and GeForce packages from the system and start again. Installing the iPhone SDK required this fix afterwards.










Hi, I came across this post while trying to get a quadro fx 3000 card to work. NVKush seems to be the best bet so far. But I do have the black parts of the UI that you’ve mentioned. Just to clarify:
Do you mean delete all the NV and Geforce kexts in the System/Library/Extensions folder and then restart the system?
